HONDA CBR400R HURRICANE NC23 SPARES OR REPAIRS

hello and welcome to my auction for my cbr400r nc23 honda hurricane. t owes me so much money now but i have to cut my losses and move her on as i just cant work out why she wont start.  she was running fine with no problems or smoke and lots of power but she got a fuel leak on the tap. so i took the tank off and made a repair with a rubber washer and reassembled the  bike. since then she will not start for love nor money and i have thrown both at her with no success. i know this is going to be an easy cure for someone good with electrics but i cant afford to go any further with her so grab yourself an easy winter project they are really sort after and hard to find in good condition she has done about 66000km in miles that works out to about 41000 miles but you wouldn't think it to look at her or ride her when she was runninggood bits new fuel relay new battery new pads front and rear new brake calipers front and rear new seals in master cylinders front and rear new plugs new tyres front and rear new front fork seals new chain new sprockets new wheel bearings front and rear recent rear shock original exhaust its never been raced or given a race pipe its in great condition really apart from the electrical fault and a few age related marks as you would expect for a bike of this age but would make an easy project for someone to finish and I would appreciate being told what the problem was? as its destroyed me. since taking the pics i have taken the carbs off to clean them and if i get a chance i will put them back on. i havent cleaned them yet but i know thats not  the problem as there is no spark and the fuel pump wont run unless wired direct. i have been honest in my description but please feel free to visit and check her out in case i have missed anything

hi all just an extra note. m not sure if its of any use but here goes. i did have to remove the radiator to gain access to the plugs. m not sure how or if this could have any effect on the bike starting and i did reinstall everything as i took it off and so it should be fine but thought it might be worth a mention as talking to someone on here jogged my memory. any questions or advice is fine anytime thank you to those that have replyed
