This is a 1992 UK "J" reg Honda XR250R. This is a four stroke single cylinder engine that will go forever.
Being a Japanese market bike this one was imported into the UK back in 2007 and has had very little use since. The clocks show just 2911 kms. which is around 1800 miles. You can see it has been sat for a while and parts are corroded and rusty. But we put some fresh fuel in her and a few kicks she was away. Exactly what you would expect from a Honda :)
The right hand side panel is missing. but otherwise the bodywork is pretty good. The exhaust looks rusty. but it is not rotten at all. no leaks or blows from it. The lights work. but no horn. So will need a few jobs doing if you wanted to MOT it and use on the road.
This is the prefect Green Laning Trials bike fro anyone wanting to give it a go this winter. These XR's just go forever and pull through anything.
