Honda Transalp 600, XL600V

If you're looking for a good Transalp. you've found it. Honda 50th anniversary limited edition model. This is a very reluctant sale of a well looked after bike. I need the cash. so she's got to go. This is my second Transalp which I bought after selling my first one for a Yam FZ6. then instantly regretting it. She'll make a great winter hack. or a long distance touring machine. They are great bikes. and I'll miss this one dearly. I have recently rebuilt all three calipers (this is the twin disc version) with new seals all around and a new piston in one of the front calipers. I also replaced the rear shock is it was worn out. The suspension bushes have all been replaced about a year ago. so this bike should give you super reliable trouble free riding for many years to come. The aluminium bash plate was new a few months ago. and it's also got a Fuel stainless exhaust (with optional baffle). and a 12v socket on the bars for GPS/Phone. There's a Givi plate on the back. but it doesn't come with a box as I use soft luggage (not included). Tyres are still very fresh. and I serviced it less than 1. 00 miles ago. In short. it's good to go. I'd have absolutely no qualms about jumping on this bike and setting of for the south of France this afternoon. if I could. I'll put 12 months MOT on it before the buyer picks up.  There's a good deal of history with the bike. it has the original handbook. along with the original 50th anniversary key.
