Honda CB550 Four (F1) 1976 - Fully running taxed and MOT'd ready to ride

For sale is my cherished Honda CB550 Four (F1) 1976 classic. She's fully running. taxed and MOT'd until December and ready to ride. The bike is in good mechanical condition with a smooth running engine that starts on the button and I use her as my daily ride in and around central London. The bike has certainly seen better days and is in need of some genuine TLC. As you will see from the photos. there is some superficial surface rust in the usual places and a slightly cracked rear headlight. Other foibles include a rather heavy clutch. dials not lighting up when headlight on. handle bar grips in need of replacement soonish. a fairly shoddy paint job and it's probably worth thinking about looking at some of the wiring in the near future to take into account some corrosion in the joints. All in all though. she's working great; fork seals in good nick. reasonable amount of tread on tyres. shifting smoothly. idling steadily and sounds lovely!I've kept the starting price low at £500 with no reserve or buy it now. so have a go and see if you can grab a bargain!Payment is to be IN FULL IN CASH on collection within 48hrs of auction ending.
