1982 Honda CX500 Turbo

This bike has been part of my collection since 6/2010. In that time I have put 880 miles on it. Currently it has 8039 miles on it. I am a motorcycle enthusiast and take extremely good care of my bikes. This bike is all original with the exception of stainless steel front brake lines. I have changed the oil and filter every fall and spring regardless of miles ridden. Last fall at 7914 miles I put 2 new Dunlop D404 tires on the bike.  I have also installed a NOS fuel filter and had the injectors cleaned and tested for good maintenance. Since I have owned the bike it has only had VP Fuel in the tank. never pump gas. The stator bypass has been done at the main white connector. Charging system works correctly. Sealed battery installed and always on a tender. Last fall I noticed the clutch was ?ˆ?creeping?ˆ? at a stop with the clutch in. I replaced the clutch steels and fibers as well as the springs and cable. all Honda parts.

The bike runs as well as it looks. shifts smooth. brakes well. Cosmetically the bike is beautiful. The right muffler shield has a small touch up spot(check pictures). The paint is very nice and the paint on the motor is great. The original key is cracked where it would slide on a key ring but looks great and works fine.

I have the factory owner?ˆ™s manual. shop manual and Turbo/Fuel injection manual. I have a clear Pa. title in my name. I have cared for and enjoyed this bike but it time to let someone else be the caretaker. The bike is extremely nice. please take a good look at the pictures. I think they speak for themselves.
