Here for sale is my CRF 250F. if youre seriously wanting a good bike. take time to read this advertisement. its well worth it!
I bought this bike a few months back completly standard. it needed some TLC and bits to get it ready for racing. ive unfortunatly lost my job and work van so i now need a car as a form of transport. this is the ONLY reason im letting go of this beast. ill list everything below as to what ive done to it.
- Bottom end bearings went in the last engine. (i still have the old engine block. barrel and piston. assembled! the head i used on the new engine)
- As seen in pictures the new engine is a 2009 bottom end block. with a full weisco bottom end rebuild (notice how inside the engine casings are mint with no oil. they have been through parts cleaning before rebuild!) its running a brand new Athena big bore 280cc forged piston and barrel. (also seen in pictures). its all built. and runs very well! ive only run it for 30-40 minutes on a track to bed it in and make sure nothings leaking and the performance is right.
- Hundreds has been spent on trick bits like annodized bungs. snap back levers. RFX chainring. Talon hubs with excell rims. pro taper bars. RFX holeshot device. apico bits here and there. you name it. its got it.
- ALWAYS been run on brand new putoline green coolant. putoline Nanotech oil. all brakes bled with dot 4.
When ive been building this bike all the bits i replaced with new bits. i always kept the old stuff. i have nearly EVERYTHING. big box of plastics with no graphics on. the old engine piston and barrel. old brackets. bolts. levers. bungs. filters. etc etc.
its just had brand new dunlop front and rear tyres which are still showing paint on the tyre! over £100 i paid for them and fitting!
this bike probably owes me over 3k with all the money i spent building and setting it up.
I ALSO HAVE A LOGBOOK TO PUT THE BIKE ON THE ROAD AND SOME RECEIPTS THAT THE BIKE HAS HAD WORK DONE AT COMPANY PREMESIS.
