Near Mint 1988 Honda Hurricane 1000 Only 10. 00 Original Miles Here is the cleanest ALL ORIGINAL 1988 Honda Hurricane 1000 you are going to find available anywhere! The bike itself is NEAR MINT. has only 10. 00 original miles with only very minor wear to the paint. nbsp;NEVER dropped. it retains ALL original panels with NO cracks. exhaust pipes/mufflers and covers as well. all near perfect. The bikes previous owner had over ten years of ownership history and he purchased the bike from its original owner. The bike was recently sold and bought back from a former Honda service mechanic who was a very fussy machinist that went through the entire bike. removing every panel for cleaning. installed new plugs. brakes. all fluids. tires. and even replaced all the fasteners with replacement OEM bolts. The mechanic added some two inch Heli-Bar risers. and the smoked windscreen you see installed. The windscreen and Heli Bars are the ONLY non-stock pieces on the bike and the original parts ARE included. The raised handle bars allow the rider to sit more upright so that the bike can be ridden for hours effortlessly. A brand new Yuasa battery was also installed last summer. Also included are a custom vintage color coordinated Corbin Gunfighter solo saddle. nbsp;a rear solo saddle pack about 1ft X 1ft x 1ft in dimensions that seats on the rear passenger seat area. and clear protective strips on the fairing to prevent any rub from the straps. Original dealer brochure. framed dealer poster. extra bolts. original plugs. rear stand. cover and more ALL goes with the bike. AWESOME and still incredibly fast vintage sport touring rocket ship. This is the bike that changed sport bikes forever braking the record for fastest top speed on a factory motorcycle in 1987. previously held by the mighty Ninja 1000R.
