Honda cr500af

Honda CR 500 hybrid for sale. A lot of time and money has gone into this project. The donor bike was a 2005 crf450 with a 91 cr 500 engine. The engine has been rebuilt including billet clutch complete. Brand new keihin PWK38mm carb from Allen performance. Evans waterless coolant cool the engine thro prototyped large volume rads. Jetted up by "stinkwheels" in Essex. The frame conversion was done using cnc'd parts from the states and welded by AKB Welding in Essex. Brand new boyesen reeds accompany the new carb. All gaskets and engine parts are OEM. A new pro circuit exhaust and silencer finish off the engine build.  Blue samco hoses finish off the coolant systemThe rolling chassis has had the forks and rear shock rebuilt by k tech. Renthal fat bars. new pro grips. New quick throttle and cables. New cdi box helps the electrics send its spark. Wheels have newish dunlop 952's on them and are excel rims on haan hubs. Complete with oversize front disc. Rear disc and all pads are new. Renthal chainwheels and did chain send the awesome power to the rear wheel.
