Description

This is a simple to work on. go anywhere. light. powerful adventure bike. This bike is a complete nut and bolt rebuild which has had in the region of £8. 00 spent on it. The rear of the frame has been redesigned and fabricated to the highest standard in order to take luggage and a comfortable seat and ten litre auxiliary fuel tank.   Tallon lowering link.   All bearings; wheels. suspension linkage. head etc. are new. The bike runs with a Supertrapp slip on end can and K&N filter. Twinduro tyres with 4mm inner tubes. 320mm floating disc at the front with a new Honda disc at the rear. Venhill brake lines with new pads. Acerbis 18 litre fuel tank with quick-release dry lines and pingel washable fuel filter. The new loom and all electrics were fitted by Martin Wittering of Torque Racing. He has wired in a battery in order to supply steady power to the Garmin Zumo satnav (included) which is carried in a Touratech anti-vibration lockable mount. Cigarette lighter and USB chargers are also fed by this battery. Zega pro aluminium luggage (also included) with water bottles and oil carrier. I have put heavyweight oil in the front forks to prevent dive under breaking. All new Venhill cables which are colour coded for easier install in poor light. Renthal handlebars with Barkbusters. Kreiga grip.   Ricochet Racing bash plate. Stainless steel fasteners throughout.   There are some beautifully fabricated one-off parts in aluminium like the battery cage and air filter shield. The bike is currently on a SORN as the MOT has expired but I can see no reason why it should not pass.

The bike is advertised elsewhere so if it sells I might be compelled to end the auction.   Viewings (evenings and weekends) are welcome. just give me a call on 07789 764681 or email via eBay to arrange or to ask any questions about the bike.

A £200 deposit is required via paypal immediately upon the auction ending. the remainder to be cash on collection within ten days of the end of the auction.

I'm very reluctantly selling to fund a season's flat track racing.
