This very rare and much sought after 1976 Honda CB500Thas recently been imported from North America where it has spent all its life ?ˆ“ the air is thin and the climate is far kinder to machinery than ours. This and the fact it's only showing14148 miles and has been in dry storage for the last umpteen years have helped maintain its boyish good looks. PLEASE CHECKOUT THE PICTURES. As you can see this bike is very nearly complete missing just the L/h mirror. Tail lense & Exhaust baffles. The bike has obviously stood a while so the battery is flat & Front master cylinder isn't working. BUT NOW FOR THE GOOD NEWS. The bike is every bit as solid as it looks here. The wheels are straight with nice clean chrome rims. Forks & yokes look straight. Mudguards are both solid but slightly dented/pitted. Instruments & switches look ok. Fuel tank & side panels are faded but tank is squeaky clean inside and has just a few marks/dents & scratches in the original paint. Carburetors are free sliding off the twist grip. Exhaust system is original & solid. Seat base feels in very good condition throughout. The engine is cosmetically very clean. it turns over nicely off the kick starter ?ˆ“ sounds/feels great & has compression ?ˆ“ When we hooked it up to a good battery & fed it a few squirts of ether it starts & runs but the carbs do need cleaning. If you require any further information please give us a call or better still visit our showroom and have a good look over the bike for yourself ?ˆ“ after all who are you going to believe me or your own eyes?If you have been looking for a classic Honda CB500T to restore then look no further ?ˆ“ THIS ONE COULD BE YOURS so get bidding!!!
