Honda Wave 100S (ANF Innova)

This is an unusual one. I personally imported this Honda Wave 100S brand new from Thailand  in 2006 with the help of my son who lives and works there as a test run to see how the system worked with a view to making a business out of it.  We all now know what the ensuing economic crash did to exchange rates so the venture never got off the ground and the bike has been stored in an outbuilding ever since. nbsp;I'm now looking to renovate the building. the bike has seen the light of day and needs to go. In order to use it on UK roads it has been necessary to make some modifications to bring it into line with European standards. This included new mirrors. new tyres. new battery and modified indicators. It has now been issued with a compliance certificate and I have applied for a V5 document with should be with me (according to DVLA) by the end of October. Originally manufactured in August 2005 and imported the following year. it is effectively 'new' (i. e. unused). There are one or two small marks from where it has been transported or stored. but it is to all intents and purposes like a new machine. It starts first time. runs beautifully and everything works as it should. I have both keys and the original documentation to support all of the above (including some pictures of it arriving on a truck somewhere!) and receipts for all the work done and tests taken to make this UK legal - it has cost several hundred pounds for this one-off and would have been cheaper to throw it in a skip! However. I couldn't bring myself to do this and it will now do someone long and sterling service. I have categorised this bike as new but 'unused' would be a better definition - it has 6 miles on the clock - 3 were delivery miles and the other three were me pushing it back and forth to the local garage to have the work done!Sold in the UK as Honda ANF Innova for around £2000+  (usually 125cc) these are extremely reliable machines that go on forever - in it's native Thailand they are often seen carrying three or four people and are rarely - if ever - serviced.
