honda 90 cub 1973 classic historic

41 year old motorcycle. shows patina well. reasonable condition for age but not perfect. I havent polished the cases or cleaned the (minimal) surface rust off the indicators because it looks. well. right. Runs fairly well but camchain rattles until engine has warmed up. All lights and electricals work. Recent battery and condenser. Front plastic mudguard gives appearance of bent frame but wheels line up OK. recent mot. NO BUY IT NOW. AUCTION RUNS TILL END. Looks like the legshields have been replaced in the past as theres no Honda badge on and they dont seem to fit absolutely perfectly as you would expect from a Honda. 10300 miles approx on speedo. the condition ref lects this. may be genuine. I have just used it for local running about on. always been reliable but as stated before. camchain rattles. Ive set the tappets. changed the oil. new points and timed it up. Semi automatic with 3 gears

Edit. forgot to say. wheel rims have been painted silver. but spokes are tight and have had a VERY thorough going over by the MOT guy. There is also a crack in the aluminium engine sprocket cover. Unsightly but doesnt harm anything. Casings havent been polished. they retain the Honda 41 year old look :-)
