Honda CB - 1 400cc

welcome to my advertisement of my honda cb - 1 so what i know about her. she was in use regularly up to 2005. when she was bought by a rider who im told dropped her on her side at some traffic lights then put her into a garage and left her. that was until my mum bought her in may 2012 as a non runner. my mum stripped cleaned and serviced her. then with some fresh fuel she started up straight away. and went straight through its MOT. with no advisories. my mum then started to have back problems and could no longer ride her. so she gave her to me in dec 2012 as a present. since my mum bought her she has done less than 2000 miles. i dont use her at all the only time i did was when my car was in the body shop for 3 weeks. BAD POINTSmy son attacked the left hand mirror with a hammer and smashed it. i put in some 98% reflective sheet but got told to remove mirror for MOT. the rubber mounting around the fuel filter has snapped so is held in place with taperear brake light lens is cracked but has gone through every MOT with itthe choke cable needs renewing as it is sticky due to the cable sheathing being cracked at the handlebarthe engine looks rather tired with the paint peeling off and a few graises from previous ownersGOOD POINTSshe is mega reliable and always starts body work is in good condition and is a nice colour blue£100 pounds worth of new chain and sprockets new fork oil. il seals and dust sealstyres have decent tread leftnumber plate is rather a novelty with the last three being RPMshe is  a cracking little bike but i just dont use her enough to warrant keeping her and the wife wants a new kitchen. i am positive she will make someone very happy. either as an inner city commuter or first bike. she is ready to rideI am an honest seller but no warranty is implied or given (every one is saying this)viewings are welcome but will need a days notice as i work random and late hourscash on collectioncan not deliveri reserve the right to end the listing early as i have it advertised locallysome questions answeredshe is an importtaxed till 30-6-15MOT till 21-4-15two keysengine only looks tired due to paint etc she runs fineno test rides without proof of insurance and photographic IDopen to sensible offers in no rush to sell
