                           HONDA DYLAN 125 STOLEN AND RECOVEREDfirstly let me explain about the bike and the history. i have owned the bike for as long as 3 months previously before me the owner was a ex police officer. he used the bike strictly to get to work and going home. during the 3 owners that this bike has had its had full services by norton honda which down below i have shown at what kilometers and dates. when i bought this bike the bike was in fantastic prestige condition the only flaw i was able to make when i bought this bike was a little rust around the exhaust how ever these bikes are known for this but doesnt make any effect on the bike what so ever. the bike was supplied to me with full large honda rear luggage box 1 set of keys all previous mot papers. all receipts and bills for work carried out there is tons and tons of it again check below i will state what i have. over all when i left with this bike 3 months ago this bike was in prestige condition only a slight rust on the exhaust and one balled rear tyre which that day after a few hours a new one was fitted receipt present for it. how ever sadly after 3 months down the line sadly my bike was nicked around 15 days ago cant remember exact date but it was in septemeber 2014 how ever it was then recovered with the thief at present hitting a pavilion and i was notified. i have only just come with news that bike has been declared written off due to the work that needs to be carried out is more then the value of the bike. how ever please bare in mind that insurance companys use certified honda dealers and there prices are above extreme. so i am due for my bike to be returned to me sometime next week but i will need the bike gone asap as of space hence why i am putting it online now even before i get the bike back. how ever if i dont get what im looking for i may also repair my self and keep it to carry on commuting as for it being on a cat register i will try and get it unrecorded how ever if worst maybe case it may be a cat d as it is all cosmetic and not frame now let me describe what i have at present and the history and then i will explain what the bike will need from what i saw when the bike was recovered at present i have. 1. log book2. mot. runs out on 25/05/2015 very long mot 3. tax. currently has it for almost 8 months how ever law has changed so no tax4. honda manual 5. full honda service booklet 6. loads and loads and loads and loads of paper work proof of work done 7. most of all previous mot's service recordsfirst service. 22/10/2005 mileage (529)second service. 26/03/2008 mileage. (1524)third service. 09/03/2012 mileage. (1690)fourth service. 24/09/2012 mileage. (3533)fifth service. 24/05/2013 mileage. (5075)current mileage on the bike before it got stolen was around 12000 kilometres which is around 9000 miles i was actually going to get a full service by honda before it got stolen they quoted me 200 for a full service. i would recommend doing one as its due for it and obviously the thiefs have been probably ragging it around. i also forgot to mention that when the bike was found it was still running at the time and before it was nicked the engine was so sound as most of anyone who is buying a honda will no that these engines are like bullet proof. work has been carried out in its past such as front tyre valves. teering lock. eadlight beem not right. eplaced handle bars. eplaced fork seals. ront caliper. ear brake lever. ew front brake pads. ew disc. ew speedo sensors. ew front brake and pistons and seals. o much work was carried out in the past all paper work to back it all up even have documentation from when the bike was new from dealers over all this bike has a lot of history and been well looked after but sadly it was nicked and has damage please read the following for what i can see it needs. 1. all panels. (apart from floor panel and belly panel and iner clock housing)2. rear and front tyres are flat (not sure if they are punctured or not)3. rear wheel has a very slight small buckle on the rim (doesnt turn buckled just has a little buckle on the rim it self)4. no number plate5. rear light snapped off (but the light is not broken it self. 6. wing mirrors (both of them been snapped)7. been hot wired8. will need full key barrel lock set 9. needs steering lock (was snapped to nick 10. new battery as was dead thats all that i could see but i suppose if the insurer uses honda dealers as a  approved dealer then you can imagine just how expensive the job would be. so there you have it. please dont offer me below the 3 mark price as i wont accept also understand that this is advert is for spares or repairs and you will need to recover the bike although for a extra fee i could get this recovered to you but will need deposit and id rather you come see it first pay me then i will deliver please also remember this bike wont be available till probably end of next week hence the 7 day auction so viewing at the moment isnt available. how ever i have supplied you with pictures so please study them well before making any clicks. for any information you can call me on 07735042291 please no time wasters remember she has low  mileage and worst case you spend 500 plus the price of the bike you will have a mint bike and a reliable one with loads of history and a load of life
