Honda CA200, Honda C200, Honda 90 Dream

Yikes. most of this is in the "condition" box above.  1963 Honda CA200. 90cc Dream with 285 miles!! Sitting for at least 50 years. 30 years in my house. I started by just. "Get it running". and you know the rest. Pictures tell the story. EVERYTHING is lubed. clean. working. etc. All lights. horn etc. All wiring and switches rebuilt. new battery. bulbs. etc. New peg rubbers. speedo cable. plug. oil. Re-built clutch. stuck from sitting for decades. works perfectly. This is a four speed with MANUAL clutch. not an automatic!  Original cables lubed. levers. etc. same. Levers are perfect. Please look closely at the motor. it needs cosmetics. but is spotless. as is the whole bike. Stainless case screws. ooh! Carb. petcock. brakes etc spotless. rims excellent. hubs need cleaning up. Minor surface rust under the rear fender. and I mean MINOR.  Tailight like new. New 6 volt headlight. Muffler has a small ding. new gasket etc. New tubes. tires are excellent. New peg and kickstarted rubbers. Speedo is a little wonky. despite new cable. but very simple and easy to access. Gas tank is spotless  inside. side panels perfect. the left side tank badge has some minor cracking but not on the surface. Right side badge like new.  Original seat cover is shot. NEW cover included with passenger strap. Excellent compression. ONE kick. hot or cold. (Hondas!) Points etc. like new.  This could be a very simple and CHEAP winter resto. father/son or daughter project. or better yet. simply ride it right now and enjoy it. Great candidate for the"survivor" class at any meet.  The last TWO photos are NOT MY BIKE. just an idea of what it could look like if you wish. EVERY single part is still available for this bike as it is still in production in Thailand. Indonesia etc. The prices are great. quality is excellent. and the service is quick. TEN days to California. Tons of parts are still available here as well. and cheap!I was originally going to paint the bike in 1960's colors. maybe a "Peter Max" phsycadellic  look. wild colors. sued seat etc. . but alas. life. and finances finally took their toll. NOT INCLUDED. but available. a spare parts bike. new gaskets. muffler. internal motor parts. cables. rubbers. etc. etc. etc. Bought this stuff over the course of several years intending to re-build this bike from the ground up. . etc. You know the story. This past Monday I went to the CHP and DMV and obtained a BRAND NEW TITLE. (not salvage etc. ) This bike is now registered through Oct. of 2015. and the TITLE will arrive her in three weeks. and forwarded to the new owner. It is NOW REGISTERED. and insured!! See the last photo. I put a starting price of $900. 00 on it. I figure it's worth at least that. hey. 51 years old. running. and only 285 miles on the ODO?Hell. wish I could say the same for me.
