2002 HONDA VFR800 GREEN - Lots of Quality Upgrades, Great Motorcycle!

For sale is my 2002 VFR800. the very last of the Non VTEC models.   I have owned this bike since June 2012 and have covered approximately 10500 miles on the bike and it has never let me down. typical Honda reliability!  I rode the bike through Northern Europe on a recent tour. covering about 2500 miles and the bike averaged around 50 mpg. which gave a me a realistic tank range of about 250 miles. The bike is fitted with the following upgrades. the majority were fitted in June 2011 when the mileage was 20573:

The bike was last serviced on the 24 Apr 2014. when the mileage was 29057 and new genuine Honda brake pads were also fitted by myself.   The bike was also serviced by myself on 02 Mar 2013 when the mileage was 25094. genuine Honda rear brake pads were fitted in Sep 2012.   New front and rear tyres were fitted at Micheldever Tyres in Mar 2014. I estimate they have now covered approximately 3500 miles.   There is paperwork for all the servicing work previously carried out. along with previous MOT certificates to back up the mileage.

The previous owners son was knocked off the bike at low speed in London. the father then bought the motorcycle back from the insurance company and replaced both levers. both foot pegs and straightened the rear brake lever.   There are minor scuffs to the fairing and a dent in the clutch cover - see pics.   Overall the bike is in very good condition and still shines up really well. just look at the photos.   The following extras are available at extra cost to the new owner:

I was intending keeping the bike for a long time. hence seeking a bike with all the upgrades.   The bike now handles fantastically well. the exhaust and power commander have greatly improved the grunt and mid range punch of the bike accompanied by a fantastic V-four howl!.   However after touring on the bike recently and really enjoying the experience I decided to get a R1150GS Adventure. which is going to be more suitable for what I have planned.   Therefore the VFR800 is now surplus to my requirements. the bike is located in Leighton Buzzard and any questions are welcomed.   This is a genuine bike from a genuine seller. please check out my 100% positive feedback.   Thanks for looking.
