1978 Honda CB750 Rigid Frame Chopper.

Please Note as described engine needs top end rebuild PLEASE don't bid expecting to buy the complete bike as shown in this you-tube clip. shown to give you an idea of the bike WHEN put back together!!

ALL parts are bagged/labelled boxed. so far I have removed the head and barrels. Upon inspection the camshaft and right hand (points side) Cam carrier were damaged (lack of oil). This occurred within the first 2 weeks of owning the bike.

The speedo shows 160 miles. so I rode the bike 153 miles. ALL other parts  Since then I obtained from the USA  a CAMSHAFT with the 2 original camshaft carriers from a 8. 62 mile bike in as new condition along with the FULL set of valves . prings collets. NOTE these parts are from a 1976 K6  engine so WILL fit and are CORRECT. I have the recipt too show this. along with the original advert printed from E-BAY You WONT need to use the valves as the ones in the head ARE excellent undamaged.   Note also the bores and pistons are UNDAMAGED.

Obviously not MOT or Taxed. But just to point out before you ask The logbook V5 comes with the bike and importantly the frame and engine numbers on the V5 MATCH those shown on the bike. Please note the Engine number cb7501096714 shows that this is from a 1976 K6. I bought a super clean F2 and was going to use the engine in the chop but I ended up riding it for a year then sold. The chop then sat in a spare bedroom for 2 and a half years I then moved to a new house 6 months ago and the chop is in a clean dry garage under cover. She is pretty much in the condition as seen in  the you-tube clip maybe needs a polish and clean. She will also need a seal kit for the front caliper and also the front brake master cylinder. and an engine gasket set and the long plastic cam chain guide and a battery. Just being honest.

I am testing the water putting her on E-BAY at £1500 start I paid over double this when I bought her and purchased the camshaft and carriers your gain my loss.

I also have a photographic record of the strip down along with a written log and as mentioned ALL parts every nut bolt washer is bagged/labelled NO missing parts.

If I have no offers I WILL rebuild it myself though I have another bike lined up hence the sale.
