1984 Honda XL250R 1 Owner Barn Find Perfect

For auction is this 1984 Honda XL250R that I just picked up from it's original owner. This bike has never been off-road and was used strictly to commute from Quincy. Ma to Boston. Ma from new up until 1993 where it was parked and stored since. The bike is all original. never been painted and still retains it's original Yokohama tires which are not dry rotted and original starting instruction tag on handlebars. Bike was recently serviced by a Honda tech which included carburetors being cleaned and rebuilt. new oil. oil filter and air filter. Original battery was drained and new acid added. Original tool kit and owners manual are present. The 2 rear directionals are replacements as the original ones were deteriorated. Fuel tank is spotless. Overall I would consider this bike a 9/10 with only some very minor paint loss to the engine. Paint and decals on tank are absolutely beautiful. Seat does have 1 minor tear on the rear as shown in my photos. Title was applied for on Friday and will take approximately 3 weeks for the new one. I do have photos of the original title if anyone wishes to see it. You would be hard pressed to find a nicer 1984 XL250R. The new owner will be extremely pleased. $500 Paypal deposit at auctions end. balance due at pickup in cash.  Storing the bike until pickup is not an issue.
