Phoenix Edition CBR600RR, Great Condition, Very well kept and is a blast to ride

Hello all! As the title says I have a 2009 Honda CBR600RR Phoenix Edition Non-ABS for sale. It has a clean title and I have it in hand ready to be signed. I am selling because my needs have become more demanding recently and could use the extra money. I do not want to sell this bike in the least bit! That being said I will entertain reasonable offers. I would consider a trade for either an unmolested SRT-4 or an unmolested 240SX. If we trade I can't afford to add money on top of the bike.  The previous owner laid the bike down at low speeds and only did a small amount of cosmetic damage and can be seen in the pictures. It currently has 14. 76 miles and rides like it's got 100 miles. It's a great bike! I bought it back in March of this year and have had a blast! I have maintained the bike as if it was my child as anyone with a bike should. Oil has been changed religiously and the chain has been cleaned and lubed every 300 miles like clock work. I recently adjusted the chain. put brand new Michelin Pilot Power CT2 tires on both the front and rear (less then 1000 miles on them) The Bike has a Two Brothers exhaust. Dyno-Jet Power Commander 3. 525 Chain. Black adjustable shorty levers for both clutch and brake. TST Industries integrated LED tail light with blinkers in the light. as well as TST Industries rear fender eliminator. I also have a Puig windscreen thats dark smoke. It was just inspected in VA and passed with flying colors in August this year. I have all of the stock parts except for the stock fender/license plate bracket/brake light and blinkers (all in one assembly) and I have a couple extra plastics (not entire set). It didn't have rear passenger pegs when I bought the bike so I recently bought a set of used rear pegs that are silver. This bike. since I've owned it. has been garage kept. Theres plenty more information and will be happy to answer any questions for the buyer.  Side note : The bike is being sold As-Is. The buyer is held responsible for setting up shipping just keep me updated on date and time when it'll be picked up. I will not pay for shipping. Local pick up is my preference however. We can arrange delivery for extra money to cover gas to and from the destination unless in Lynchburg then no gas money will be asked. One last thing. If you want to look at the bike I will be happy to show it to you in person but you cannot test ride unless you have a valid motorcycle endorsement and cash or a cashiers check for my asking price in hand.  Thank you for taking the time to read this ad.
