2000 HONDA REBEL 250cc PEARL SILVER/BLACK MOTORCYCLE

You are bidding on a 2000 CMX250 Honda Rebel 234 cc parallel twin cylinder motorcycle with only 9. 19 miles.   I am the second owner. and bought it in 2002 from a guy who had to sell it due to a back injury.   It gets about 60 to 70 MPG with the 5-speed transmission and CD electronic ignition.   It has a 2. 6 gal tank and a 0. 7 gal reserve.   It has a few small scratches on the left mirror and on the underside of the mufflers and tail pipes due to road kickup.   This is a great cruising bike for the experienced rider or for the beginner just learning to ride.   The seat height is only 26. 6 inches for the smaller person. and the dry weight is only 306 pounds making it easy to handle.   The rear shocks have a 5 position spring adjustment if you want to carry a passenger.   I have added saddle bags and a windshield.   The battery was replaced in 2013 and the tires were replaced a few years ago as well.   You can see that there is still lots of tread left. A small tool kit is included.   It has always been garaged and started up a least twice a month since I stopped riding in October of 2012. It currently has a California NON-OP on it. and it has a clear California title.   The bike is offered for pick-up only here in Shingle Springs. CA. The buyer is responsible for picking up the bike.   A $500 payment via PayPal is required within 48 hours of the close of the auction. and the balance is due within 7 days of the close of auction or at date of pick up. There is a Department of Motor Vehicle office in Placerville. and Folsom. CA. . if you want to register it and transfer title to ride it home.   Remember you must have proof of insurance to register it in California.
