Honda CBR1000F - Classic 1988 Sports Tourer

I have owned and ridden 'Harriet' the Honda for the last 9 years and she has never let me down.   I could wax lyrical about her. mention the fact that she can still keep up with the best (143mph. not that I've done that speed of course). that I've serviced her and looked after her and it is with great reluctance I am selling her.   But the fact is I've been seduced by another bike and I need to sell her as there simply isn't room in the shed and my wallet for two motorbikes and a Morris Minor.

As mentioned already. she is a 26 year old bike and has just over 31. 00 miles on the clock. She has the usual scuffs and marks you would expect from a bike of this age and I have tried to show the worse marks in the photos but please be aware the photos can sometimes make the bike look better than she is.   Although I think she is one of the better examples around.   Some of the plastics have been repaired (as you know it is very hard to get fairings that haven't for a bike this old) but they are in very reasonable condition and the rear tail fairing was replaced with new old stock so is in mint condition.  The seat has one very small tear in it but again this is in good condition for the age.   I am probably being too picky highlighting all of the marks and scuffs etc. but I don't want someone bidding on her thinking she is immaculate.   Having said that I think she is in very good condition for her age. nbsp;is original. nbsp;and bike garages have commented on her condition when she has been for her MOTs.

She is hard wired for bike to pillion and bike to bike communication and for SatNav.   If she reaches the Buy it Now amount. I'll throw in the Tom Tom Rider and the mike/walkie talkie that I have for free.   I've also got a few bits of spare fairing. spare parts and the cover. which I'll also include in the sale.
