1976 Honda CB550 Four in great shape! This Honda is the perfect all around bike! It goes down the highway perfectly and is nimble and quick in the city! The bike runs great with both electric and kick start. I believe the miles to be original but cannot verify it. I believe this bike to be about 90% complete and correct. If any experts want to verify that I will gladly update the listing! I will try my best to describe the bike in detail over the next few paragraphs but please feel free to ask any questions that I may not of covered. Front End:The handle bars are nice and straight and the switches all work as expected The gauges are nice and clear. The throttle. clutch and brake levers and cables all move smoothly. The front headlight works well and the bucket is in good shape. The forks are not pitted and do not leak. The front brake works well and appears to be in good shape. The front rim has slight rust but should clean up easily. The front tire holds air. has great tread left and very minor cracking. The front fender is nice and straight with slight surface rust and no dents or dings. Engine:The engine starts on the first or second kick (or immediately with electric start)  and runs great. The carburetors have been ultrasonically cleaned and new plugs installed. A very clean motor for its age. The STOCK exhaust is intact but does have some rust thru the top pipes on both sides. The lower pipes are nice and sturdy!Body:The gas tank has no dents and is in outstanding condition. The inside of the tank has been lined by a previous owner and seems to be intact with no flaking or separation. The seat foam is in great shape and the seat cover has no tears or rips. The side panels are complete. The right side cover is missing a piece on the top right. Neither cover has any cracks and the tabs are intact. The rear fender and tail light are in excellent condition with no dents. scrapes or breakage. All rubber for the front foot pegs are in good shape and the rear foot pegs are missing. You can usually find these on ebay fairly cheaply. The rear grab bar is straight and has very minor surface rust.  Rear End:The rear rim has minor rust which should clean up easily. The rear tire holds air but should be replaced. The rear drum brake works well. The chain guard is in overall great condition. The rear shocks are in great shape and have minor surface rust.  Electrical:All four turns signals. head light and tail light work as expected. The indicator lights all function as expected. The wire harness is intact and has a few splices but not bad for its age. Overall. the bike is in good riding condition and a blast to ride around! We purchased the motorcycle from a middle age farmer who rode it occasionally back and forth to town.
