Honda Tl125 S Fully Restored

Honda TL125 Classic Trials much spent few little job that i will finish before sale and 12 months mot to be added.

lots of paper work from parts purchased. runs very well start so easy no unwanted noises. /p>

Completely Striped

Acid dipped frame. tank and all bits.

Powder coat frame and bits.

Strip engine and bead blast. reassemble with new seals. Clutch. Cam chain and tenshioners.

New Kickstart Shaft

New barrel and Piston reseat Valves new stem seals.

New seat (Honda)

New plastics and side panels. (honda)

New lights. indicators and horn

sammy miller exhaust

Strip wheels sandblast and polish. new bearings and seals and pads.

Re spoke with new tubes and tyres.

Complete rewire with new battery and points and Regulator

Strip forks polish new seals.

Lots of Honda parts used from CMS.

Stainless steel nuts and bolts used.
