I put this tote package together to tow behind my small motorhome. I was looking for something fairly lightweight yet substantial enough to tow well and be comfortable for 2 people. Together I figure the outfit weighs  approx. 1000 lbs. (650 bike. 350 trailer). Package consists of:

1989 Honda PC800 Pacific Coast motorcycle. This is a 800cc V-twin. shaft drive. water cooled. rider friendly. smooth as silk. easy to ride machine. The PC could be the most practical. rider friendly motorcycle ever made. If you are not familiar with the PC. check out pc800. net for all the particulars. Its got a huge trunk that can hold several bags of groceries and or gear. The rider and mechanicals are fully protected by the PC plastic fairings. This machine was way ahead of its time and did not sell particularly well in this country. It was only made for about 10 years with the 1989 being the first and was only available in Pearl White. Its rock solid reliability and uniqueness has developed a kind of cult following. I've had it for about 10 years and have only put about 5. 00 miles on it. Its been well maintained and has recent tires and battery. No leaks or issues of anykind. I have made some modifications to it to make it even more comfortable to ride: I installed an Audiovox CCS-100 Electronic cruise control with thumb control switches that look and perform like it came from the factory. Also added a Clearview +5 grey tinted windscreen with 5 position vent. I installed a digital volt meter with LCD readout and matching bezel. Its also got a 12volt receptacle in the trunk area and its wired for a Battery Tender Junior floating trickle charger that will come with it. I've got a factory service manual and the owners manual and tool kit that came with it. Its really in great mechanical condtion and looks a lot newer than its age.

The trailer is a stand-up kit that I got from Magnetatrailers. com. I customized it with the addition of a Condor SC2000 wheel chock to ease in the loading and securing of the PC. The chock will lock the bike in an upright position making loading and unloading a breeze. Only 2 tie down straps are required to secure the bike for transport. no handlebar straps required. This is a much better way to transport a bike than compressing the front end with hadlebar straps. I also made a rack underneath to store and secure the ramp for transport. The license plate holder hinges up out of the way. its pretty slick. The trailer has 13" wheels with full composite fenders. its low profile with 1500 lb gvw torsion axle. powder coated frame. polished aluminum diamond plate deck. 8" wide channel and ramp and comes with wheel kit and 1000 lb tongue jack (not shown).  The trailer tongue was originally designed to be removeable to make it easier to stand up and store. The addition of the chock eliminates removal of the tongue but it can still be stood up it just needs more ceiling height and a little more grunting. The unit tows easily and tracks well.

Would prefer to sell as a package as the trailer has been customized to haul the PC. I'm sure it would work for other bikes as well but cannot verify.  If it doesn't sell as a package I will consider splitting up. I'm figuring the price based on 3250 for the bike and 1000 for the trailer. Call me at 3867855762 for details or questions.
