Bike is turnkey -- electric and kickstart both work. Not an award winning restoration. nor a commuter bike. Has upside down handlebars. flat cafe seat. and a CB350 tank. 4-into-1 Mack exhaust. The engine is an air-cooled type. so this is not a good bike for commuting in the city.
