2007 HONDA CRF150R (B)

 Not your average Honda 150. The only step we didn't take with this one was powdercoating the frame. About one year ago the swingarm. wheels and tires were upgraded to the "expert" size with some anodized hubs and CACR rims from RAD mfg. In April of this year. the forks and rear shock were serviced and revalved by Pro Action of Northeast Ohio. We also had the engine completely redone at our local Honda dealer. Bottom end received a new crankshaft and bearings. The clutch is a new Barnett. The cylinder. piston. rings and gaskets are an Athena 165 cc kit. The head was completely reconditioned to include new valves. guides. seals. springs. buckets. shims and a stage two hotcam. Timing chain and guides are new. Steering/triple clamp bearings are brand new and never been ridden on. Michelin MS3 tires have one ride on them. It is a terrible tragedy that this bike is for sale but the kid grew about 8 inches this year. His new 250 looks small with him on it. I have receipts available for all of the items I listed. The bike is also equipped with ASV levers. FMF exhaust. Renthal chain and sprockets. We tried a some different gear ratios with this bike and the current combination gives it great pull off the line. out of the turns and excellent wheelie capability without sacrificing straightaway speed. I will not provide a total of what was spent. It is too depressing. Purchasing a used 150 and putting all this into it would cost more than double my buy it now price. It is not the ideal time of year to sell a dirtbike but with Christmas seven weeks away. some spoiled brat like mine may end up with an awesome toy that will last several years and run circles around a new model.
