1988 HONDA CBR 400 BLACK

I haven't started the bike for 10 months. It run perfectly well the last time it was started. However we tried to replace the exhaust downpipes & 3 bolts become stuck in the manifold. Tried to work around this & put the brand new pipe on but it didn't hold so that's why its been sitting around all this time. Manifold would need to be either replaced or bolts drilled out & re-thread. Maybe a little winter project for someone?Could be a cheap track bike or learner bike. Brand new stainless steal downpipes are "Loosely" fitted. 2nd Gear was always a bit crap would start to slip after 5-6k RPM. Other than that all worked ok. 39k Kilometers which is low for the age of the bike. Any questions I will try to answer best I can. I'm a rider of 12 years but I don't know much about the in's & out's of a bike so bear with me. Collection ONLY. located in Eashchurch. on the Isle of Sheppey in KENT. ME12.
