Honda CM250T 1982 Motorcycle with MOT

Honda CM250TFOR SPARES OR REPAIRNEW COILNEW BATTERYNEW SPARK PLUGSAlthough this does run it seems to have a problem with "bogging" - I think that is the correct term! It feels like it doesn't want to rev properly sometimes.  I have pottered about on it but not been very far. I've been told that it could be an air leak in the carb? I have no idea! Someone said it could be coil so replaced that and it seems a bit better but. to be honest. I have lost interest in it.
