Honda cd200 Benly

This cracking little bike is reluctantly up for sale to fund a project. It has had one owner before me from new. The deceased engineer who obviously looked after it very well had left it unused in the back of a shed for many years due to ill health. Mr Honda certainly knew how to make quality bikes back then as this is a gem and a credit to its previous owner. It is unrestored. completely unmolested and original. All I have done to it is fit a new battery (six volt) have a key cut (lost) change the oil. nbsp;clean out the carb and it fired up. New tyres and brake shoes and it passed its MOT with no advisories and comments on the good condition. It is not perfect. there is some rust on the rims and mudguards and some marks on the tank and frame but overall it is very good and I feel it would be a shame to lose its original patina so decided not to restore it. The millage might go up as I am using it between the showers. hence it needs a good clean. It rides well and is great fun. every where you go people want to talk about it. They did say you meet the nicest people on a Honda. Viewing is strongly advised. Can only go up in value as these are becoming collectable. would also be a great commuter bike as its so cheap to run and a great reputation for reliability.
