This rare old tax free 1972 Honda CL100K2 Street Scrambler has recently been imported from North America where it has spent all its life ?ˆ“ the air is thin and the climate is far kinder to machinery than ours. PLEASE CHECKOUT THE PICTURES. As you can see this bike has got a few bits missing. a few bits damaged/broken. a few bits rusty/corroded. a few bits non standard & a few bits are very nice indeed. like the wheels which are straight with nice clean chrome rims. good hubs & brake plates. Mudguards are both solid with just minor dents. Instruments & switches look ok. Carburetor is free sliding off the twist grip. Exhaust system is original & solid. The engine is cosmetically quite clean. it turns over nicely off the kick starter & displays compression. when we hooked it up to a good battery & fed it a few snorts of Ether it actually fired. started & run but it is obvious the carb needs attention. REGISTRATION

1. You need to get the bike MOT?ˆ™d.

2. You need to prove the year of manufacture in writing. To get a dating letter - Phone Honda UK customer support on 01753 590510 who will advise you to request in writing with the bike details Model. 3. You need to have valid insurance on the bike. You can insure it on the chassis number.

4. Send all this paper work to the DVLA. who will charge you ??55 for the 1st registration & the current amount for the road tax.

5. The DVLA will send you your age related registration number.
