This is an amazing start to a cafe bike. or a fantastic vintage ride. Was sitting for 10 years before I put lots of love labor into it. now it's almost there and I need some money bad. or I'd be keeping it. This is a four cylinder motorcycle. it has fantastic top speeds but needs a little gas to get going. I'd estimate it gets around 38 mpg despite that fact. Runs really well. modified 750 exhaust makes it sound awesome. though it backfires occasionally at lower RPMs. Wrapping the exhaust would solve this. Has a super cool custom paint job. chameleon green to silver to purple. two base coats silver and black to really make it unique and to keep the original Honda tank design. The pictures just don't do it justice! You really have to see it in the sun. Someone modified the rear end before I purchased it. appears to have a 70's Harley back wheel instead of a Honda. but looks fine and doesn't effect performance. Doesn't have chain guard. This thing rockets. easily 120 on the freeway. though it's missing a bolt on handlebars/forks so it wobbles at speeds above 70. Also no front brakes. never replaced the calapir original was missing. Back brakes work fine though. Leaks a bit of oil. gaskets have been replaced and sealed with Honda liquid gasket. but the remnants of the original gasket was so stuck on pretty bad. I probably missed some removing it causing the leak. Has brand new throttle cables. tires have good tread. recently rebuilt carbs. custom exhaust. Only additional problem is the clutch. It works fine and has been thoroughly taken apart and cleaned. but the silly adjuster bolt for the rod adjustment slips when it heats up. needs a new one or someone with a bit better welding skills to make one. Real quick fix. Could use a new seat. just gorilla taped the original one. Starter was broken. wired an actual flip on and off switch instead. Kick-ass starter though. will start it at 15 degrees outside almost instantly. much better then kick. Also missing battery cover. Overall this is an awesome bike with a ton of potential and only a small amount of work left to be done out of a ginormous undertaking originally. This bike is easily worth 3k fully cafe'd and at least what I'm asking as it stands. Asking $2. 00 obo. need cash fast. Will accept partial trade for smaller cc'd bikes. In fact would prefer 1k and a bike. Call me to discuss that. Clean and clear WA title. Call or Text Taylor: 208 651 2353 Ebay mail relay okay as well. but would prefer serious inquiries done via phone/text. I will be happy to help ship this bike anywhere in the continental US. Of course I would prefer to not have to. so if you can come and get it. fantastic. Buyer pays shipping. and building materials associated with making the thing a crate. Additionally a 400$ deposit is required within 48 hours of the auctions end. I reserve the right to kick low star bidders. If you have under 10 feedbacks please contact me first so I don't remove your bid. I've done my best to make clear all defects of this 40 year old machine. Should anything new arise I am not responsible. all sales are final. Though if you call me. I might be able to give you a hand in fixing it. It's so hard to capture how cool the paint is via picture. if you're basing your decision on this bike on paint at all and you think this paint is lame and are wishing it was flat black. come look at it. The tank had so many dents in it and rust when I bought it. the original picture doesn't do justice on just how crappy the bike was when purchased. It has a lot of blood and sweat into it. and is a fantastic rare find.
