1986 Honda Z50 z50RD Christmas Special showroom quality

Here is your opportunity to own one of the nicest Z50RD ChristmasSpecials. And what better timing than now; just in time for Christmas!If your unfamiliar with this model it was only made 1 year "1986". With a limited production number these are difficult to obtain in anycondition. It is rumored that Honda gave each dealer one crate and they came twoto a crate. I started this restoration with a nice low hour bike thathad its normal wear from almost 30 years of use. I had everythingstripped and triple plated with show chrome. a very costly but worthyprocess for such a rare model!All metal parts were chromed including the frame. forks. swing arm. xhaust. handlebars. prings. rims. ect. No expense was spared and itis stunning!I sent the engine and carburetor to the top z50 engine rebuilder inU. S. The engine/transmission were completely rebuilt using all hondaparts. The cases and head were media blasted and brought back tofactory condition for that original look. The case covers werepolished and clear coated. Carb was cleaned and has a new rebuild kitin it. Finally the engine was dynoed after the rebuild. It ran great andtopped the scales at 1. 9hp(factory spec) All together the enginelooks amazing and runs better than new! After testing the engine wasdrained and is ready for shipping. During finally assembly I used all factory Honda oem parts. I wasable to find NOS original Tractor-Grip tires. But the list doesn'tstop there. The frenders are N. O. S. Number plates are N. O. S. Redgrips are N. O. S. Perfect condition! The gas tank is N. O. S in Perfectcondition straight from the Honda box and has never had gasoline init. The focal point to any restoration is the seat! And Yes this isthe seat that sold for $1. 00 a few months ago on ebay. And like therest of the NOS parts it is in perfect condition! Try to find anotherone!Other NOS parts include: On/off switch. cables. and endless littlepieces that really add up when trying to build a bike from scratch!Original Z50RD owners manual and sales brochure!!I have tried to explain everything about the bike but I know I'mmissing some things.
