Here's the Winter project you've been looking for. This is a 1969 CM91. 90CC motorcycle with 3044 miles. I bought it 4 years ago as a project but have too many other projects I want to work on. Chrome is in good shape. It does run (see video) but really needs a full tune up as it takes several kicks to get started. Oil drip coming from somewhere near the left side cover. License plate is missing but to calculate the California DMV registration costs the plate number is: 803574. I have the signed. clear title. Some issues:I bought a new battery about 3 years ago but never kept it charged so you will probably want to purchase another one. Front fender was cracked and repaired. It looks OK but really needs further work (see photo)Headlight bulb is burned out. All other lights and horn work. Muffler diffuser missing. Needs a speedometer cable. Here's a video of it running:
