Honda Camino DX Moped 1981

We have here a Honda Camino DX moped - it has been barn stored for a considerable time.   There is a tax disc on it showing it was last taxed in 1996 and it was last MOT'd in October 1995.   The MOT shows a mileage recording of 337 miles so I would believe the odometer reading of 467 could be correct.

There is some surface rust to the chrome areas - wheels. handle bars and front forks.

2 stroke petrol engine

The bike appears to be complete except for the steering lock key

Would make a very easy restoration project and once MOT'd a usable vehicle.

The moped was removed from the barn last week - I checked the spark plug. cleaned the fuel line and the bike started

The lights work - there is very little wear to the seat or pedals and it appears to ride OK.
