Honda CB250ND-B requiring cosmetic restoration. Bike was garaged in 1997 and has not been used since.
Carbs have been removed. cleaned and refitted and engine has been started with obvious rattles or smoke.
Good points:-
Bike is complete and original. and has been recently started. Gears select correctly. and clutch and brakes appear to work as they should (given that the bike has stood unused for ~17 years)Large amount of original documentation included. Every MOT between new and storage date included. along with receipts for all work carried out before storage. Tank still contains original petrol. and is not showing any obvious internal rust. Haynes workshop manual included. Spare NOS front mudguard. and spare front wheel included but not pictured.
Bad points:-
Bike will need cosmetic restoration before it can be put back on the road. Battery is missing. as is air filter.

I've had a number of questions raised so far:-
The listing should read 'WITHOUT' any obvious smoke or rattles - typo on my part.
The NOS mudguard is a pattern part - I don't think it's an original Honda part.
There is no 'buy it now' price - I'll let the auction run to a natural conclusion.

I have answers to a couple more questions I have received:-
The bike had a single owner from new until 1997. when the bike was garaged. It sat garaged and untouched until 2011 when I acquired it with the intention of restoring it but never got started. The V5 is still in the original owners name and has not been sent to the DVLA for changing to the new format. hence the old style V5 in the listing pictures. The successful bidder will in effect be the second owner.
The bike has one ignition and one steering lock key.
The rear indicators and number plate holder have been removed but are included in the sale.
