1976 Honda CB500T - Beautiful Barn Find CB500 T - Low mileage

Runs and everything is stock.  

I bought this bike with the intention to turn it into a caf?© racer. but it is too nice to cut up. I got this out of an old service center in West Virginia with 6. 25 miles on it. The owner didn't know much about it. It is an early VIN?ˆ¦0008. From what I can tell it is a completely original bike that has been very well preserved. It still has all the accumulated dirt and grime still on it.

This is a rare bike?ˆ¦made for only 2 years. It is beautiful with original paint and seat. The seat is actually a very dark brown?ˆ¦hard to see in the pictures. but it is beautiful. There is no rust on the pipes?ˆ¦they look great. Only some surface rust throughout the bike. The only thing not original is the starter switch.

When I got the bike. I changed the engine oil and filter. flushed brake fluid. cleaned the gas tank and float bowls. It starts and is drives good (running in pictures). However. the left cylinder stumbles at mid throttle. I'm sure the card needs cleaned.

I put about 30 miles on the bike (showing 6. 55). Everything on the bike works great with the exception on the left carb. Here is what I've discovered?ˆ¦
