1982 CR480R Motocross

Item Highlights;

New tires. tubes and rim strips. Completely rebuilt suspension (rear shock & Front forks). Powdercoated frame and related components. Shock rod re-chromed. Decals were reproduced to exacting standards. New steering stem bearings. air filter. kill switch and on. and on and on. 51 horsepower through a four speed transmission. There isn't a hill an experienced rider cannot climb. Right hand kick. Starts easy from top dead center if you are man enough to jump down on it. The bike has about a dozen 50 yard passes on it for break in and jetting. It has not been ridden off road since its renovation. All bearings. seals etc. that you would replace HAVE BEEN replaced. It is on its second over Wiseco bore. Rod kit is nos oem. No porting as it is absolutely not necessary. New brake shoes and cables as it is paramount that these work! Aluminum bars. Maier plastic. DG pipe with guard and Uni filter are mostly that which deviates from a stock bike. As I stated before. I used what I had available to me to make this restoration as newish as possible.
