Restored Honda CT70 HK0 Trail 70 Clear Title NO RESERVE

Beautiful fully restored CT70 with 2602 original miles on it. This CT70 comes with a clean Mi title. runs and drive as good as it looks. As many OEM parts as possible were used during this restoration. To start with. it was disassembled. media blasted and three stage powdercoated it original Candy Blue Green. Much of the hardware was replace with the factory Honda 8 fasteners. the rest was cleaned. vibratory polished and coated with RPM Rust Prevention Magic.   Every part was thouroughly inspected and replaced if it did not meet factory standards.

New parts include-

-Complete Honda exhuast

-Engine and Exhuast gaurd

-Front and rear fenders

-Horn

-Buddy pegs

-Sealed 6v battery. no more acid stains

-New headlight. lamps

-Tires

-Brakes. hubs were polished. bearing inspected. repacked or replaced if neccessary

-Seat

-Taillight bracket. lense and screws

-All new cables

-New handlebars. controls and grips. Triple tree was polished

-Chain and chain adjusters

-Piston and rings along with complete gasket set

-Air filter housing and air filter

-All proper graphics and warning decals

-Stainless frame trim

-Alot of hardware all OEM Honda. rubber grommets. and misc. pieces.

The engine was disasembled. cleaned. cylinder honed with new OEM piston and rings. The head was disassembled. hot tanked. surface checked. nbsp;inspected and valves were hand lapped upon assembly with new valve seal. Since this engine ran and shiftled flawlessly. I saw no need to split the cases. All parts were polished. painted accordingly and all new fasteners were used and torqued to spec upon engine assembly.

The carburetor was completley disassembled. ultrasonically cleaned and rebuilt with Genuine Honda rebuild kit. Tuned to specifications. with new fuel lines. clips and filter.

All steel  parts were Disassembled. mediablasted and powdercoated-

-Rims

-Kickstand and pegs

-Battery tray

-Seat brackets. Tank bracket

-Seat latch

-Rear brake arm

Picture of bike with trophy is a previous restoration. Second Place at Saganing Eagles Casino Rock and Rides show. This bike is just as nice. if not nicer.
