I rode with him. and he is my neighbor.  He was happy humming along at 75-80 mph . Very CAUTIOUS and Safe Driver he is.  Now about the bike . All 4 oil changes done by local Honda dealer. Factory stickers were professionally peeled off.  as owner wanted a Clean WHITE bike.  Installed rear license plate re-locator. ooks awesome . Attached to under tail . and is compliant with most local LAW ENFORCEMENT. . New tires.  less than a 250 miles ago. White epoxy Hand Levers. New Spark Plugs installed at 4000 miles. Bike has small scratch on left side mid faring.  Motorcycle was always stored inside. and this happen while pulling bike inside house.  Damm screen door.
