1979 Honda CR 125R

1979 Honda CR 125R "The Red Rocket"  which was recently restored and displayed. One of the most iconic motocross bikes! This was an excellent low hour California running bike which has a standard bore. All fluids drained. Frame. swingarm and footpegs powder coated  (powder coating done by Honda CR award winner). Original front plate and all other plastics are new VMX (Super high quality injection molded and high gloss) The tank is perfect (professionally painted with single stage acrylic without clear coat. beautiful). Original fork boots etc. . All original hardware (the original gold color bolts are still gold color) NOS throttle cable and all other cables are original and perfect. The cable clip near the carb is even still present. Original tires with great tread and no cracks. The spokes look brand new as do the rims. ew seat cover. NOS side decals. The pipe and silencer are perfect. Many original parts including bolts. chain. handlebars. kill switch etc. Investment quality and a special gift for the Holiday season.
