1971 Honda CB350 (Scrambler-style)

With a couple/few twists of the throttle to prime the engine. if you hold the throttle about 1/2 open the kick start works the first time 14 out of 15 times. The electric start also works great. I put a new battery in this past Saturday and replaced all indicator lights. It all works. including the high and low beam headlight. About six months ago. I pulled the drive chain off and cleaned and greased it as well as the sprockets. Chain and sprockets are in great condition. I have kept up regular maintenance. though the bike is due for an oil change in the next six to eight weeks. The horn does not work. I always meant to look into that. but never got around to it. I suspect it will be an easy fix (loose wire or something). The body has its original paint. no dents. a couple minor scuffs. but in excellent condition considering the age of the bike (no rust etc). The seat has a small (1") slice in it. The chrome has rust on it. Most of the rust can be cleaned up. Again. I meant to do that too but never got around to it. Anyway. there are some spots that the right chemicals and a good scrub won't remove. But. still. there is no major corrosion anywhere on the bike. which is to say it's all superficial. The pictures actually do the bike justice. Definitely got signs of life/use. but it's a real beauty. Hope that helps. Good bidding!
