1977 Honda CB400 Four Super Sport Cafe Racer

Unfortunate update (for me) lucky for you. My girlfriends left me and now I'm looking to get home ASAP so Christmas doesn't involve me and a bottle of JackWill take $2200 or any offer over 2kIt's time for me to head back to Australia and sadly also time to sell my Honda Super Sport. I bought her to cruise around on and see some sunny California during my 3 months hereand during that time. has never skipped a beat and here's why. In March 2014. had $2200 spent on it at a Honda specialist in Hollywood (have receipts) making her as reliable as possible-complete top end build-wiring. nbsp;ignition. nbsp;carbs. nbsp;brakes. valves and gaskets have all been overhauled-new (old) tank 14L-front disc - rear drum brake-good tires-electrics all work as they should-left aftermarket side cover is broken but stays on. cheap to pickup online anyway-I've misplaced the seat key but will keep searchingThe 6 speed gearbox shifts smooth. acceleration really picks up at around 5. 00RPM and hooks along. redline 10. 00RPMI've had my girlfriend on the back and hit 85mph. comfortably sits on the freeway with the two of us. Registration until Feb 2015Remember the bike is 37 years young and although it's made to last. has it's cosmetic imperfections (refer to photos) mostly pitting. Really is a perfect bike which would only require some light cosmetic love to make her pop. deally I would ship it back and really clean it up as these 400 Super's fetch a pretty penny back home but I've left it too late. I've only had compliments from young cats to old farts who "use to have one of these when I was younger. and darn regret selling it too" - which is how I'm starting to feel!Bike is currently located in Whittier.
