This rare and much sought after tax exempt 1972 Honda CB350K4 Super sport has recently been imported from North America where it has spent all its life – the air is thin and the climate is far kinder to machinery than ours. PLEASE CHECKOUT THE PICTURES. As you can see this bike is very nearly complete missing just the Chain guard. Battery. Ignition switch & key. Mirrors. Clutch & brake levers. The bike has obviously stood a while so the carburetors are stuck. paintwork is faded & tyres are perished. Sadly the r/h switch is broken. BUT NOW FOR THE GOOD NEWS. The bike is every bit as solid as it looks here. The wheels are straight with minor pitting in the chrome rims. good hubs & brake plates. Forks & yokes look straight with goodshrouds. Mudguards are both solid. Tail light assy is good as are the headlight & hangers. Indicators are tidy. Exhaust headers look original & solid. Seat base feels in very good condition throughout. The engine is cosmetically clean. it turns over nicely off the kick starter – sounds/feels great & has compression but we haven't run it up. The bike is currently unregistered. The registration process is reasonably uncomplicated.

We HAVE NOT got the Certificate of title but we will provide proof VAT & Duty is paid on the new NOVA system.

REGISTRATION

1. You need to get the bike MOT’d.

2. You need to prove the year of manufacture in writing. To get a dating letter - Phone Honda UK customer support on 01753 590510 who will advise you to request in writing with the bike details Model. Chassis & Engine numbers and enclose a cheque for ?30 to:- Honda UK Mc. 470. London Road. Slough. Berk’s. SL38QY

3. You need to have valid insurance on the bike. You can insure it on the chassis number.

4. Send all this paper work to the DVLA. who will charge you ?55 for the 1st registration & the current amount for the road tax.

5. The DVLA will send you your age related registration number.
