One of the last 954s made. on a 2004 plate. It's done 12. 90. I sold a 2013 'blade so I could by this 954 and I'd do it again in the blink of an eye. it's a far better handling bike and plenty powerful. It's the nuts and if I wasn't going travelling. I'd be gutted. as I've only had it 3 months. but I've managed to talk my missus into going away a year earlier than we initially intended. It's wearing a new pair of Metzeler Z8s and apart from the nitron sport rear shock. end can and screen. it's standard.  I bought a standard can and screen on ebay as I was going to have it looking completely standard. and happy to include them in the sale. I paid top dollar. as its in such good nick. The bloke I bought it from told me he has OCD. and I believe him. I paid ?4. 00 and that's what I'm asking. I'm not haggling. if it doesn't fill some lucky person's Christmas stocking. I'll store it. Come and see it. Ride it. if you've got the cash. a license and insurance. Before I go on about the bike and the rest of the listing. I will tell you the reason why I am selling my bike. For the last  6 months I've been under the hospital with referrals for problems I'm having with my lower back. It turns out I'm the wrong side of 40.   I thought my back was almost back to normal. so thought I'd take by baby out for a quick spin (that'd be the first ride shes had in almost 3 months) 30 miles later I had to turn back as the pain in my back was unbearable. and I fear I may have just put myself back six months. About the bike:I had one of these about 5 or 6 years ago and i can honestly say that it had to be the best bike I had ever ridden ( HAD ALL THE BLADES ). I was gutted when I sold it. so a few years later I decided to hunt for another one. I spent just short of 13 months looking for this bike (I do have other bikes) I probably viewed around 30 954's and did not even bother looking at the rest that i seen for sale. during this time that were so called 'low mileage' and 'mint' . LOL. I even traveled over 200 miles on two  different occasions and walked away as some people idea of 'mint' and 'good condition' is unbelievable. I would also suggest that a very large proportion of what I looked at the mileage was suspect!! and that's putting it nicely. This bike is as genuine and honest as the day is long. She's a 2 previous owner bike. and i have the names and addresses of both previous owners. The first owner bought it from brand new and owned it until 2010. he traded it back in to the main dealer where he had bought it from with only 5800 miles on the clock. (He was a mature owner - and it again was his pride and joy and Sunday fun) The second owner (who I bought it from)  bought it from the dealership and he owned it from 2010 till I bought it. (again  he was a mature rider in his mid 50's and by his own admission this was the first race/big bike he had ever owned and he just didn't like the speed as he was more accustomed to motocross machines 350cc) When I bought it he hadn't ridden her for a while - just exactly as I wanted to find one - the tyre pressures had sunk to 18psi on the front and 20psi on the rear and she was sat under a dusty cover. Bit of a rare find. I wanted to jump up and down as i had found what i was looking for. Like I said I have the full history of this bike so any new owner can verify her whole history if they wish to. bike comes with service book. wners book . ots of paper work 2 keys. PI report. tool kit. and i am sure i have missed stuff out. The bikes condition backs this up 100%. She has only covered 11. 22 miles. nbsp;The bike was completely stock standard when I purchased her and I have all the original parts wrapped up safely to go with the bike to it's new home. I have added a few tasteful extras:Beowulf Titanium Exhaust Can ?260. 00Mini Levers ?40. 00Double Bubble Screen ?25. 00Braided Brake lines front and rear ?60. 00Crash mushrooms all round (frame. swing arm and forks) ?50. 00Single Seat Cowl (Honda OEM) 

The bike is in STUNNING condition and is ready to go - She has full service history with 9 stamps in the book. It was serviced about 5 months ago. I fitted brand new Bridgestone BT016 Pro tyres about 5 months ago and they've only done 400 miles. Before I went out for a ride this morning (day i listed the bike) I knew that the original chain had a 'tight spot' so I fitted a brand new DID chain and sprockets. These have only done the 160 miles. 60 miles round trip the day i listed the bike and then a second ride i did 10 days later. i thought i would try to give the bike another go as back was felling a bit better  so done 100 mile round trip only got half way to scarborough and turned back. back was not to bad but could not have done the 200 miles round trip. so turned back hens the 160 miles on the chain. I have kept the original chain and sprockets so you can see their condition very good - Its just the chain had a tight spot and did not want it on the bike as i have OCD and things have to be right or it bugs me. ( the man i bought the bike from really had no idea. chain was a bit lose hens the tight spot i think). if i had known i was going to list it i would not have put the chain on as you would not have noticed it but i like my free play to be spot on ie 40mm :( just cost me ?120 still its right now.

If you are still reading then you will /should already know everything there is to know about these bikes. They really are truly THE best blade that was ever made( i have had the 1993 fox eye/ 2 cbr 918 / 6 cbr 929 / 2 cbr 954 and 1 cbr 1000rr did not like the 1000rr at all 2004 model cbr 954 much better). The bike rides faultlessly and exactly as a blade should be. Any inspection welcome and by any authority (mechanics experts - whoever!)

I repeat. this is not your usual run of the mill used and abused  954. it is a rare bike in this condition. and this low mileage and is an appreciating classic. If it does not sell then it can sit in my garage for a few more years appreciating in value!!! 

Cash on collection. no cheques. No part X offers. no stupid offers. This is my own personal bike from my own collection i have now sold one of my other bikes( 1/8/2014) and have bought an up right now. so this can sit in my garage if it does not sell.
