I reserve the right to end the auction at any time. If a buyer here on ebay would like to to a buy it now. I will sell it for $2. 00. or feel free to make me an offer. the worst I can say is no. This bike had been in this guys garage since he bought it. and his kids / grandkids occasionally rode it. Doesn't look like its ever been ridden in in-climate weather. I brought it home. put new oil and gas in it. and it fired right up with a push of the electric start button. The owner told me that it liked to warm up with the choke on but I did not find it necessary this summer when I took it out for a test drive. It ran absolutely amazing. Engine runs like clockwork and sounds really smooth. Shifts good and smooth. 5 speed. 1 down 4 up transmission with clutch. Everything functions as it should. blinkers. horn. brake light high and low beam. all dash lights. speedo. odo etc. all work as they should. There is some cracks in the fairings. but this bike is a real survivor. Most of the bike looks like new. The paint is original and not faded a bit. Looks to be 100% complete original down to the reflectors and tires / grips. Tires still look brand new. Rims look even better if thats possible. still mirror like chrome. and the nipples on the spokes are shiny brass color. spokes still look new as well. If I were to say where this bike should end up. it belongs in a collection where people can enjoy the classic styling for an extended period of time. It wouldn't take much at all to make this a museum quality bike.  That being said. it would also make a GREAT first bike. or camping / trail bike.  It is very easy to see when you lay eyes on the bike it wasn't ever stored outside. all of the black plastic and rubber pieces are still dark and not sun faded at all. and rubber parts are still soft. I am very unfamiliar with this model. and Hondas in general. So please see pictures closely as they will be the best description. (although they dont do it justice) Please ask any questions you may have.  Local serious buyers encouraged to come see and test ride the bike in person.  Any others I would be happy to send you pictures and or video of whatever you would like to see. I posted as many pictures as ebay would allow. if anyone wants specific pictures of the cracks in the plastics I can send them some. Specifically the left side fairing has two spots that are cracked. and the headlight fairing has one. The side covers also have some scratches. couldnt get them to show up real good with the sun and white plastics. Most of you looking at this probably already no how rare these are. I hadn't seen one before this one. and had to have it. Looks amazing in person. Probably wont have a chance to own another but I simply have too many motorcycles and unfortunately this one drew the short straw.

In the pictures the bike has a California plate. The bike is not registered and has not been for quite some time ( no back fees will apply if new owner chooses to register for street use) the plate was put there simply while I road up my street to take pictures.

I forgot to mention I just put a brand new battery in it. Also I have the choke cable that connects to the handlebars. It seems to be stuck in the sheathing but you can probably get it to work. It was off the bike when I bought it. You can operate the choke manually as we'll with the lever on the carb.
