CLASSIC HONDA CB 400 FOUR

Welcome to the sale of my CB400 F2. it comes with a current which is valid until June 2015. It has recently been fitted with the following items;

New points set and carrier.

New Silencer.

New exhaust manifold gaskets and collars.

New Battery.

New spark plugs and plug caps.

New chain.

New Mirrors.

The seat appears to be a modern copy of the original and is unmarked.

I have changed the oil and filter and set the new points and timed it correctly as detailed in the period Haynes manual. which is included in the sale.

This is a sweet running little motorcycle and a good example of how I remember them from the 70’s and 80’s. Please remember that this motorcycle is 36 years old and in unrestored condition but has been tidied up to be used regularly.

As you can see. it has had little use in the last twenty years. The owner before myself was well into his 80’s and changed it for an automatic scooter !

The prices for this type of machine vary from the sublime to the ridiculous and I have set the reserve at a reasonable level to match its condition.
