1982 Honda Nighthawk 750SC DOHC Custom Caf? Racer

This bike was purchased slightly damaged in front end. but other wise in vg condition. Had cosmetic parts missing and sold off  and was great candidate for my 1st custom job. It has been completely disassembled. repaired & painted in my home garage.

It has been jetted with 6 Sigma full stage jet kit on 4 carbs and has clipped vacuum springs (for quicker response at throttle). New Emgo Chrome pod filters.  

Bike is drivable. starts up and runs very strong. throttle is much more responsive. Drives true and strait and has nice growl with 4 into1 Mac exhaust that could be replaced or upgraded at some point due to this one being cracked & welded.

Bike is a blast to drive and sits 2 comfortably with:

New black Daytona bars

New Progrips 

Bar end mirrors

New wheel and steering neck bearings

New Kevlar front brake pads & Rebuilt calipers

Replaced front end with TRAC (cb900) advanced model forks and solid matching mag front wheel. Forks are in xlnt condition from salvage house. air adjustable. Changed out fork oil and replaced dust seals. work great.  Fork lowers painted with black epoxy paint.

New Dunlop D404 tires

New chrome mini gauges

New speedo cable 

Custom LED dummy lights (in place of  fuse box. relocated in head light bucket)

New LED signals and flasher unit.

New Emgo ignition & 2 keys.

New chrome locking gas cap with 2 keys.

New paint on frame. tank. engine and carbs & exhaust to match. Inferno Red with Graphite ceramic paint.  

CB 750 Custom Fuel Tank 

New fuel line with secondary fuel filter 

Custom seat with lowered foam and reupholstered. Could upgrade seat for slicker finished look but is very comfortable.  

Frame has all tabs ground off and polished and has closed tail hoop. MIG welded with inserts. very strong. ground clean and painted for very clean CAFE RACER look.

Battery is new Shorai LiFo 210 CCA with battery tender and leads already connected to battery for easy maintenance.

Electronics all moved under seat above plastic battery box. Easy to access  

New throttle cables.

New LED tail and brake light.

A little more TLC and this bike will be there. I recommend having bike gone over & carbs synch'd by a pro as I had planned to.

Have original front chrome fender. fair cond. & chrome chain guard. nbsp;included.   Needs rear passenger foot pegs.  

Free Dot Cap helmet included.  

Bike is not perfect. but very nice. Sold as is. Please feel free to ask questions. My loss is your gain.  Finish her up and turn some heads! Thanks for looking.
