On Jan-06-15 at 12:23:28 PST. seller added the following information:No Reserve Auction!No Buy it Now Price. Auction will run its course. I have a clear title with this nice little XL70. A very nice original looking bike for being 40 years old. The previous owner had it stored in a spare bedroom. Runs great. starts right up and shifts just fine. The inside of the tank is one of the cleanest i have ever seen. On the bottom of the tank on the right side opposite of the petcockis a screw with what looks like a rubber washer (see pic)It does not leak and i do not have a clue why it was ever put in there.
