1973 Honda CB450 - 100% original, fully restored

This bike was nicely restored by Classic Honda DTLA (google them) here in Los Angeles. It runs perfectly. needs nothing. and if you are an LA buyer it comes with a warranty through their shop. The history of the bike- 1 owner and garage kept. It was put away in storage in the early 80's so it's very nicely preserved. The gas tank and side cover paint is original from 1973 and in beautiful shape but there are imperfections. The seat is original as well with no tears. and the chrome is extremely nice overall. with slight signs of aging here and there. The pictures really speak for themselves.  The restoration work is as follows:  -The front end was disassembled. the fork legs were buffed. fork oil replaced along with the fork seals and fork dust boots. -New engine oil. NGK spark plugs and plug boots -New Motion Pro throttle cables and clutch cable -New brake lever. clutch lever and clutch cable adjuster -New WPS drive chain -Front brake caliper and master cylinder rebuilt with new caliper seal. all fluid flushed and filled with new Dot3 fluid -New WPS battery -Carburetors were thoroughly cleaned and rebuilt with new kits from K&L Supply -Gas tank inside was acid stripped and re-lined so there is zero corrosion; fitted with a new fuel valve. fuel lines and filters -Rear wheel hub was disassembled. brake shoes replaced and brake drum hub corrosion was all sanded off -Adjusted the engine valve clearances and ignition timing to correct factory spec-All electrical was sorted out so all the switches and lights work; charging system works great and registers over 13v with the headlight turned on @ 3. 00 RPM-Brand new Honda factory replacement grips It runs beautifully and fires right up even when it's cold- needs nothing!
