Honda CB-350 1972 Stored for years in a barn, Clear title, road it last in 2013

Folks. I grew up on one of these. I bought out a small machine shop. this was in there. I have the title. I brought it back here. put some gas in it. and road it around my yard a few times. the rear tire doesn't hold air. the clutch needs some kind of attention. I shifted through all the gears they all felt and sounded good. The pipes look to be original as well as the mufflers. You can tell it was laid down on the left side at one time or another. I'm selling this as a project bike. I have the repair book and title. I have put a little gas in it recently just to make sure it still runs. It does. All Lights light and the horn blows.
